Extremely polite and helpful

I had to go into the Vodacom Shop and thenmake a call to the Call Centre - for different reasons. Taffy at Hout Bay Vodacom and Bernice on Call Centre 1 and Phindile at Call Centre 2 could not hav ebeen more helpful and more polite to me. I was expecting to fight and have to prove a dozen things but not at all. They checked their data and helped me immediately! Well done Vodacom! And welcome back!!
