Extremely long delivery time

Vodacom online is the pits, we did application for a phone way before the Easter weekend, we have been making numerous phone calls , they keep promising to deliver, according to the delivery takes to 2-5 working days, at this moment it’s been 10 working days, if I wasn’t desperate for a contract phone I would cancelled the application
