Extremely High Data Usage

I have been with Vodacom for the past +5 years and I never experienced any poor service. However my recent Data Usage bill was exhorbitant and I was really surprised. My Decmber invoice and was in excess of R5500. I am disputing this amount and my account has never been this high and Vodacom has a history of my account that can actually proof that. I have requested an Itemised Billing for my Data contract( ********** ) on the 03rd Jan 17. I wastotally dissatisfied with the service and the knowledge of the call centeragents. I actually lodged a formal dispute against Vodacom as it became apparent my Datavanished in thin air without any usage on my side. When I spoke to a Call centre agent on the 03rd Jan 17 my data(5GIG) allocated on my contract from 01st Jan 17 was depleted. This is impossible because I didn't even use my 3G or router. By the 05th Jan 17 when I spoke to a Call Centre agent my Data was zero. I logged a dispute that Vodacom should further ivestigate what happened to my data between 01st Jan to 06th Jan 17 - Ref No: 1- ********** ********** . Up to today I haven't received any feedback even after I made further attemps to call Vodacom on the 18th Jan 17. This is highly unacceptable that Vodacom is dragging to resolve my query and actually refund my money. I have requested Vodcacom to send me a detailed Itemised billing(actual data used, time, duration, web sites visited). This information hasn't been forthcoming as it clearly showsthere is something suspect with my account. Ref N: 1- ********** 459433. I have requested my latest invoice and what I'm due by the 31th Jan 17is R9700 for ONLY!!! Data usage. I am honest and strongly believe there is something wrong or external usage that I'm not aware off. I trust this matter will be resolved before I pay my next invoice on the 31st Jan 17. Awaiting yourSPEEDY response to resolve this matter.

Thank YOU,

Edmund Few

***
