Good day, I would like to thank your Vodacom employee Naledi Goge from the Ballito Junction Mall for her outstanding service that she had provided me with. I have been battling to find assistance with my Vodacom upgrade from various Vodacom stores and just before I gave up I thought I would try one last time. This is when Naledi provided me with the best service I have ever had. She was extremely knowledgeable and professional. She went further to even help me with other issues not pertaining to my upgrade and followed up a month later to ensure that I was still satisfied.
