Extremely Frustrated with Unresolved Wi-Fi Issue and Lack of Support

I have been a Vodacom customer for quite some time, but my recent experience has been nothing short of disappointing. Since January 22nd, I’ve been struggling with an ongoing Wi-Fi issue that remains unresolved despite multiple calls and emails to customer support.

The installation was done over two weeks ago, and from the very beginning, the service has not worked. Each time I contact Vodacom, I’m told that a new ticket has been logged and that the issue will be "escalated." However, this has been nothing more than empty promises. I’ve followed up multiple times, but I receive the same generic responses with no tangible progress.

The troubleshooting advice has been inconsistent: at first, I was told the router couldn't be picked up, then to reset it, and later I was informed it needed configuration. There has been no follow-up or clear resolution from the support team, and it feels as though no one is taking accountability for solving the problem.

At this point, I’m incredibly frustrated by the lack of communication, the lack of action, and the constant "escalation" promises that lead nowhere. I’ve even been assured that senior staff would get involved, but I have yet to see any real effort to resolve the issue.

This level of service is unacceptable, and I will not stop following up until this is fixed. I expect immediate action and clear communication from Vodacom on how they plan to resolve this matter.
