Extremely Frustrated Vodacom User

I am so annoyed with Vodacom at the moment. My contract has expired but I am hesitant to upgrade because through the remainder of my contract I've struggled with their network. I've made multiple calls to their customer care line who just tells you to restart your phone etc.

As I am sitting in front of my desk, typing this review, I've been on hold with Vodacom's customer care for the past 20 minutes with no help in sight. I cant access the internet, I can't send whatsapp messages, nada!!

I am so dissatisfied and would like someone from Vodacom to contact me, someone who can actually help!
