EXTREMELY DISSAPPOINTED

I will never do business again with Vodacom. After been **** to by the salesperson is extremely unacceptable. I was phoned this morning with this special deal as I am a very important client because I pay my account on time and have never missed on payment ever. When discussing the deal I did say I cannot decide immediately if I want this or not as it is a 3 year contract. After promising me that I will received an sms stating 1 or 2 to reply with if I want the contract I can reply with 1 and if I do not want the contract reply with 2. The only sms's I received was confirmation that I have taken the contract and that it is already on its way to me. This is extremely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. I emailed them to say they I am not taking the contract and that they must cancel it and they still havent rep****. I phoned them and I was told that an email went to the department to cancel it and was promised that I will received confirmation that it has been cancelled. I still have not received any notifications except for confirmation that it is with the courier for delivery. Please in future make sure that your salespersons do not lie to people.
