Extremely disappointed
I ordered a new phone, new contract on the 01/12/2024. Got a call from the agent on the 04/12/2024 confirming that my order has been dispatched it will be delivered between 3 to 5 days. No notification or communication received from Vodacom. I contacted customer service and spoke to Nomzamo, no stock Not sure when stock will be received . Why lie and say a phone has been dispatched.
