extremely disapointed

my line had been blocked because of a debit order not going off correctly. yet i did have money in my account. i phone and asked it be debited again. after 4 working days still nothing happened and after speaking to almost 10 operators on customer care i managed to make an online payment. a day later the debit order goes off. my account is in credit. i need my phone for work its been 4 WEEKS. after taking time off i went to the vodashop where i was simply told they are offline my line shows its unblocked and that all i can do is phone 082111. ive done that more than 30 times. each time they tell me they are unlocking my line and to switch my phone off. my data works and after 4 weeks i still cant make a phone call or send an sms. absolutely nobody can tell me what is wrong and im tired of having to explain my story to 40 people over and over again. please help. im tempted to take this further or move to snother network. im paying for nothing
