Extremely Bad Service* Vodacom

I have lodged a complaint on hello peter so that our people that are tired of the really poor or bad however you want to put it receive from businessess in our country that don't give a damn about us, the people that support them! Why do we continue supporting these businesses? Vodacom is one of the many companies that can really do better and look after their customers. I got a call after my complaint and then send the person emails to show what problems I have with screen shots, he said yes it is a huge problem, will escalate it to their technical support department and that was it, nothing till today I have issues. It just give you and Idea why I said that their services are really up to ****! I can't put it in a nicer way! Shame on you Vodacom!
