EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE OF VODACOM
BAD SERVICE PROVIDER ..... SR190 ********** 35 THIS REF NO WAS PUT ON HELLO PETER TWO WEEKS BACK. EMAILS POPED IN ONE AFTER ANOTHER BUT NOTHING HAPPENED TILL DATE.
THERE IS NO OTHER FIBRE PEOPLE AROUND THE AREA EXCEPT VODACOM THAT IS ONE OF THE REASON VODACOM IS BULLYING ITS SERVICE / AFTER SALE SERVICE. RELOCATION FOR THREE MONTHS [ DO NOT WANT TO DO THERE JOB] MY NEXT DOOR NEIGHBOR GOT A NEW CONNECTION WITH IN TWO WEEKS OF APPLICATION YOU SPEAK TO cc PEOPLE THEY THEY WILL ESCALATE THAT WHAT THEY CAN DO. rEGARDS rAKESH ********** 040

29 May 2019, 15:44No one called me yet for last two weeks . Every day i call CC. they say now PEARL is looking after my case and they escalate the email . today also i called they say they escalting the email to PEARL. nothing happening First it was for two month Guglethu and now PEARL for two weeks. VODACOm wake up and see what your staff is up to.
