EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE!!!!
VODACOM IS THE MOST UNRELIABLE COMPANY I'VE EVER DEALT WITH, I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR A QUERY TO BE SOLVED SINCE THE 12TH OF NOVEMBER 2020, WHEN I CALL ALL THE AGENTS ARE TELLING ME THAT THEY ARE SENDING THE QUERY TO THE BACK OFFICE AND I MUST WAIT FOR 72HOURS, ITS THE 5TH OF JANUARY 2021 TODAY AND NO1 CAME BACK TO ME, THE LAST AGENT I SPOKE TO LAST WEEK WAS EVEN RUDE. I WANT MY VODA BUCKS!!!
