Extremely bad service and no help at all !!!!
Extremely dissatisfied with Vodacom Legal department. My mom passed away and I have been trying to get her and my contract sorted since she passed away a year ago but no one gets back to me. I go to a branch, they tell me I need to email Legal. I email them and no one gets back. I am at my wits end !!!! EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE !!!! Thinking to cancel with Vodacom.
