Extremely bad service and ******* from Vodacom.

I took a contract two years back and specifically enquired on the cost. Vodacom has been robbing me ever since, I requested the recording about a year ago and on numerous occasions and they have still not provided it to me. The way they handle complaints is pathetic.

I have been trying to cancel with vodacom ever since but that to is a mission.
