Extremely bad customer service from the call centers
Tonight at around 7pm we bought 1 GB on *123# then we got involved in watching a movie on E. Around 8:45 I switched on my iPad we put on our hotspot only to find we had no Gig yet we received an sms from Vodacom. So I called the call center which just made my blood boil. My first call I spoke to Thandazile Msomi who informed me that we were on YouTube this was at 9 pm. I explained we were not on YouTube but that we had just switched on the iPad. She proceeded to put the phone down on me. This is a common thing with Vodacom call centers when the person handling your query is not qualified to assist you they cut the call hoping you won’t call back. So now I call back and speak to the supervisor who is Jabulane Ngwenya who is in the Fox Street Branch. He proceeds to tell me he can’t pick up that we bought anything but that I must go to a vodashop to sort out the issue. What a joke. This was done once before to me and the guys at the vodashop were confused as to why I was sent to them . Like I said Vodacom has no control over the call centers they have no clue as to what is going on. They don’t treat their client with the best service because they think they are above giving clients their best. Maybe it’s time to see if their CEO actually gives a hoot or if we as customers are just a joke to him as well
