Extremely Bad and unprofessional Service Ever!!!!!!

Worst customer service ever!!!!!!! Call centre and head office in Midrand. No service!!!!!! Being a loyal customer for 20 years now and suddenly Vodacom doesnt pick up my payment, even after sending proof of payment 12 times!!!!!!!!! Call centre agent are so rude, especially Ismahil. Where is your manners, do you even know how to treat customers fairly???????? How can you tell a customer, sitting at head office, with proof of payment, to rather go home and email it AGAIN..... Shocking.... Please stay away, Vodacom doesnt care even if you are with them for 20 YEARS........ Stay Away
