EXTREME BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

i have had an account with Vodacom for years with various contracts on it. during the course of June two of my numbers were suspended. when i called the centre i was told to speak to accounts as they had blocked the numbers. i called accounts yesterday and no one can explain why the numbers were puto on hold. my statements are normally received during the course of a month and payment is debited off my account on the 1st of each month. i have proof of both vodacom statements and my bank statements to prove such. i was told that they will unblock the number but it will take up to 48 hours to activate. nice now i pay the price for something i had nothing to do with in the first place. i also requested a credit for the time that i had no service on these two numbers as i was paying for a service i did not receive. i was put through to several people whilst getting more and more irate with the extremely bad way the entire query was handled. eventually some one comes back on the line telling me that they are now closed. after being on the line for a total time of 34 mins and 6 seconds this is the result. i have never understood when people have complained to me about vodacom in the past but hey i now understand it perfectly. i would like to know who i can contact at a respectable level that knows how to treat a customer or what customer service is about.
