Extra fees with double debit order

Firstly Vodacom loaded a double debit order on my account, and secondly they added extra fees to this amount. Thirdly, no interest was paid back by them for the double debit order. I signed a contract that stipulated I get 100 free sms included in contract together with R300 airtime. This I signed for R390. Now with double debit order, Vodacom deducted R431 twice from my bank account. When I received my statement it shows that Vodacom now charges additional fees for the 100 sms. I do not even make use of sms. Now they do not want to cancel the sms on my account, which I was suppose to get free anyway. Other subscribers must check their accounts, Vodacom is busy with ********** deductions on unsuspecting subscribers. They can be sure of one thing, that after more than 20 years with Vodacom, I will cancel my contract come November when it expires.
