Extra Charge

<p>I have called several times complaining about extra charges on my account and am not getting any solution or assistance from the service provider .This have been going on for the past three months now, when i called first time i was told the extra amount is for the handset which i dnt have any contract for handset but only data. i am tired of vodacom and their pour service .first you struggle to go through when you call and secondly you queries dont get to be resolved on time.</p>
