I have been with vodacom for a few years now. For the past few months vodacom has been *****ing from me and billing me incorrectly. I have been spending numerous on the phone with vodacom trying to resolve this. At times I get told a credit being given to me. With nothing reflecting on bills or statements or anything in my bank account. This month I am charged R2000 with a billing account number of *** which I am not even aware of. Nobody has alerted me how this has been added to my account with no permission or consent I just have something added to my bill. Without subscribing to anything. It's been a real battle with vodacom. If there is anything I can say is that vodacom is a bunch of **** and rogues. All they do ***** your money!!! And Insist on payments being. And top this all they have suspended my accounts.
