******ion in the name 'free' contract.

I reported and spoke to Sisanda Nkuna at complaints who provided me with a resolution under case number 1- ********** 1867. I went to Vodacom Wonderboom with the resolution instruction and was given stories that they are not part of Vodacom-------. I went to Vodacom in Menlyn was told another story that they cannot give me free sim swap and said i blocked PUK and i had to pay for a sim swap which i did because i need a sim card. This whole thing just irritates me to think that you claim that you give me a free contract and that every now and then it will just not work for no reason and i will have to do a sim swap which i pay. This amounts to ******ion and i am done with Vodacom, there are other network i can go and spent my money to, i am disgusted and you should stop telling people the contract is free is you know that you will come up with a tactic to recover the so called free contract. I will never renew my contract or take new contracts with you again. i dont have to be treated like this.
