I had a 3G sim card ***) and modem and have had it for approximately 5 years and have always maintained it within my monthly subscription. I have never exceeded my monthly limits. In April I changed my account to a Wi-Fi device. I then received a final account from Vodacom for the 3G usage to the amount of R5806.61 which I definitely am NOT liable for as I alone use and have access to my laptop and refuse to pay this amount. <br> I have tried all forms of communication, 5 emails to Vodacom Head Office, including the CEO, I have been to both my local branches, and I have phoned the call centre and spoke to 11 different agents. I have prove that my emails were read, and no one rep**** ever. One agent has told me that he can see on the system the data that was used but unable to provide proof of websites visited. I was told by this agent that I must pay the account otherwise I am going to be blacklisted. I feel that this is ******ion as I AM NOT liable for this account or data usage, but my credit rating will be negatively affected and my Wi-Fi router is blocked already.
