Extention of contract without my approval
Good day
Thank you for passing a credit even though you didn't solve the root of the problem. You can't pass the credit and leave the account opened, PLEASE CLOSE IT BECAUSE I DIDN'T ASK AND APPROVE IT. I don't need it please. Please refer to my previous review. Date 19 and 29 October 2020, including many calls cases youve logged and closed without any resolution.
