Extended data period not honoured

As a prepaid customer, I bought two (one day) 2GB data on Sunday, 12 November. The first 2GB was supposed to expired at midnight on Sunday. The expiry for the second 2GB was supposedly extended to midnight on Monday. Surprisingly, the leftover data expired at midnight on Sunday. I then bought another two (one day) 2GB on Tuesday, 14 November. As expected, the second 2GB was supposed to expire at midnight of 15 November. But seemingly the leftover data expired at midnight of 14 November. Vodacom is robbing its clients with false promises and claims. This ********* business practice is totally unacceptable. Please stop sending me messages like this if you won’t honour them: Congratulations on another 2GB purchase. Your expiry date has now been extended. The new expiry date is 15/11/2023.

Reviewer Update
Following my complaint about the data which expired before time, Vodacom contacted me and resolved my concerns. In future, not only the expiry date of the data should be stated as it happened on the SMS I received, but also the expiry time of the extended period should be mentioned. This will help address any confusion.
Anyway, thank you very much for resolving the matter promptly and reimbursing my data.
