Extended contract period without consultation.
I have a laptop contract with Vodacom which ended December last year but Vodacom is still taking my money, saying that there is a mistake with my contract. Both Game and I have the same contract period while Vodacom haa a different contract. They dont even wait me to send them my contract. They extended my contract without me knowing and I am not the first person to complain about their contract period that is wrong. They will send you from one person to another. Be careful when taking contract with Vodacom, they care about the money not the customer.

27 Apr 2021, 11:51It is not true, even Game store has 24 months period as me, only Vodacom has 36 months. You didn't even ask me for my contract to compare. You take advantage of customers.
