Express recharge not working and rediculous pricing.

Ok, so I have been with Vodacom all my life, since I had my first phone.

First of all I don't understand how a place like Victoria Bay in George could work out cheaper than Bredell in Kempton park.

Secondly, I have been trying to load airtime through my debit card through express recharge, but it doesn't work at all.

Could you please rectify this or I will be forced to go to a new service provider.
