Exploiting the elderly
Seriously, what is going on with your company? Why are you exploiting the elderly and making it so difficult to work with you? According to your accounts department today, my father gets a R900 bill for an upgrade that we cancelled because of an over the phone upgrade that you offered him. He is 78 years old, doesn't speak english very well and is hard of hearing but you still continued to "process" the upgrade. There is seriously something wrong with your company morals if you pray on the elderly for a quick sale.

13 Apr 2022, 20:00You have not resolved the issue. He has paid for a contract for 2 months he did not want after being promised he would not be paying the "new" contract price. The contract was cancelled within 2 days but Vodacom did not collect the phone. Is business that bad that you have to resort to milking senior citizens for money?
