Exploiting customers

After they damage my phone they got some nerve to call me and ask for information about the phone..they mix the parts of my phone with somebody's phone..now they need my help. I've asked them how could my phone go to them working and come back not working .they tell me some story of how they check the phone and it is impossible to return the phone to its original state...never heard such a nonsense..
