Explanation from these employees

We have spent 3 months trying to get a response (or even a simple acknowledgment) from ANYONE at Vodacom regarding our simple request that they provide us with an updated invoice on our contract accounts - so that we can actually pay YOU money!!! Four personal email addresses for staff we dealt with at various points in this struggle, all of whom stopped responding completely after promising to investigate and get back to us.

What possible explanation could Vodacom provide to excuse their unacceptable service - wherein not one of the following four Vodacom employees could even be bothered to respond to our emails?

1. Ikraam Abrahams - Vodacom Customer Care

2. Katlego Segoe - Vodacom, Subscriber Collections.

3. Veronica Claasen - Vodacom Call Center

4. Garth at Claremont Vodashop

Partner organizations like Emirates Airlines won't want to remain associated for long with companies like Vodacom, if this is the standard with which they deal with customers; Emirates invests heavily in protecting their reputation with customers and Vodacom will soon be discovered to be off-brand with this behavior.

Regrettably, the query has in fact not been resolved. The invoice which I have requested is an updated version after having deducted the amounts for "balance of subscriptions" and "hardware balance" - we have NOT cancelled these contracts. Similarly, the charges for October, November and December are not payable on these account numbers as it was Vodacom who suspended all service on these numbers during those months. Additionally, Vodacom has *******ly blacklisted another device of mine which is unrelated to any active Vodacom contracts on this account. The contract on the afformentioned device was long since colncluded and paid for in its entirety in 2017. Vodacom has no legal right whatsoever over the blacklisting of that device. I've brought this to your customer care staff on multiple occasions and demand that this mistake on the part of Vodacom be rectified without delay as it is simply unacceptable and frankly, *******. So no, the matter has certainly not been resolved.

And once again, without concluding on the next steps to resolve this matter, Vodacom just stops responding to any and all communications. Do you not want me to settle my accounts and pay YOU money?!?
