EXPLAIN SMS AS PER ABOVE
Hi there, I received the below message from Vodacom, kindly advise as to what this means?
I have a special arrangement with Vodacom until end of July 2024, so I am a bit confused as to what this message relates to?
Hi, payment for your Top Up Collections arrangement is due today.Kindly honour your arrangement to prevent permanent disconnection. Your number may not be retained once recycled.

thank you for the feedback and call. I find this rather weird and strange that I receive this REMINDER sms only this week, when I have this arrangement in place from August 2023! Not once during that SPECIAL ARRANGEMENT phase, did I receive and sms.
Of recent, another SPECIAL ARRANGEMENT is in place, and I am grateful to Vodacom for allowing me to keep my line open as I need to receive jobs offers etc, and this is the first of such a reminder!
A human codes the messages on your AUTOMATED system, in same token, that human operator can have it removed or decoded! ooooh such is technology!
