Expiry of Data Bundles pre paid for

I need urgent explanation with regards to the expiry date of 30 days on unused Data that was bought (paid for ) on the FNB Online Banking. If is paid for....how on earth can it expire......then this is other words.....*****ing money from customers...urgent feedback in this regard would be highly appreciated
