Expiry of Data and Free Minutes
I have been trying to get a response from Vodacom on this query but keep getting pushed around and no one can give me proper explanation. Now they tell me that the supervisor is busy and the system is down so I can't get a reference number.

When I buy data or airtime and I don't use all of it why should I forfeit it? I paid for it.

I have heard the Vox Telecoms advert where their data is carried over - why can't the other providers (Vodacom, MTN, Cell C) do the same?

I believe that as consumers if we buy something, we should get the full value from it.

I really think that this should be looked into. Some other examples - if you have free minutes on your contract you are allowed to accumulate up to a certain level and then they expire - why should they expire? They were paid for as part of the contract.

I have just cancelled a contract with Vodacom to move from contract to prepaid and would like to move the free minutes to one of my other contracts, they say no I must use them up - once again I say why, I paid for this surely I should be able to move it?
Come to think of, I never got a reply on this from Vodacom. I am sure I just got their standard response. Lip Service.
