Expiry dates on my contracts
I was still busy on the on line chat line with to enquire about my contract and the chat line was just close with out me completing my enquiry they refer me to the customer-care line that takes forever to reply to my e-mails and I think if they got a chat on line facility its not my problem if there is not sufficient staff to chat on line with me. I need to enquire about my contract and I need a reply today not within 48 hours.
