Expiry date unrealistic and contrary to the "so called" Vodacom only resolution.

I have complained numerously about the Vodacom conduct which they do not reply to here, all they say problem resolved, why not post the resolution here, its to Bull**** the users of this site, they have expired 998 000 mb after 30 days when their own SMS I will attach hereto says 60 the rest "LIFO" T.C'S is an labour law principal I'm ****ed of on "common law" its self explanatory the deviousness by Vodacom (last in 1st, 1st in last ***) and to shut you up and soft soap you they exchange 998 000mb for 250 I have an appointment with personal finance in the week this behavior and TC even if legal totally unacceptable , and whether T+C'S correct or wrong this is only in favour of Vodacom and very detrimental to the consumer. Have been informed expiry date legislation pending its ridiculous and here mine was halved then from 60 to 30 days, by their own SMS Good Day Lionel, we are sorry to hear of the circumstances under which your Hellopeter posting has reached us and we do apologise for the inconvenience caused. Regretably the feedback provied on REF: EC-1J2H-22F90M remain unchanged. Vodacom data bundles follow a LIFO (Last In First Out) order of consumption. The last bundle to be purchased, activated or allocated will be the first bundle to be consumed and then any other available bundles in chronological order. Prepaid Recurring Mobile Internet data bundles will be valid for 60 days from the time of activation/allocation. Bundles will follow a Last In First Out order of consumption. Please refer to the T&C's available on www.vodacom.co.za Kind regards, Vodacom Customer Care Randall October
