Expired contract on 31 March can not get it cancelled.

We did have a problem on a monthly basis with Vodacom last year then after writing to HelloPeter.com it was solved after month and months. Now my husband called before the 16 April and reminded vodacom that according to Estcourt Vodashop his contract expired on 30 of April already why are they still billing him. Then the lady at the call centre said he must pay R418.00 witch he did and there is only due R158.00 for end of April. Then she said again we must call on the 16th of April to cancel my husband's contract and then told us the contract expires on 16 May so how is this then that Vidashop Estcourt said it expires on 30 March?? We did call today again to cancel the contract now we get told no she can not cancel the contract we must phone on the 1st of May again to cancel the contract?? My husband did call before the 16 of May and could not get through then again after that and now today again. Seeing that we had such a lot of trouble last year with his contract and now again just to get the contract cancelled can someone at #Vodacom please contact us and please immediateley cancel this contract without any costs to my husband this is what we asked for last year but it was not done. We are now battling to get his contract cancelled give notice as Vodashop Estcourt said it expires 30 March and Vodacom call centre said it expire's 16 May we are being shunt around with getting out of this contract we for sure do not want anymore! Also the previous lady we spoke to at the call centre said the contract just goes on on a month to month bassis if you do not call and cancel now how can this be done without my husbands permission this is not legal either and we are being given the run around 3 times calling the call centre to cancel the contract just to get told we must phone at another time??? Please #Vodacom get this contract cancelled as it should have not been going on after 31 March and refund please the money my husband paid witch he should not be paying anymore.
