Expired contract, debit orders still being deducted

My Vodacom contract expired at the end of April 2016, I phoned Vodacom to cancel the contract as I no longer want to continue with the contract, the consultant told me that the last payment will be debited at the end of April which I understand, after the debit order was deducted at the end of April I phoned them once again to confirm that there will be no further debit orders, this time another consultant told me that the last payment will be at the end of May, end of May the debit order was deducted as the consultant advised me previously. Now this is the part where I got really really frustrated with Vodacom as my cellphone number was changed to prepaid at the end of May and yet at the end of June AGAIN a debit order was deducted with the amount being 3x what my monthly contract was... When I phoned them to find out why the debit order was deducted no-one can give me a reasonable explanation, I filed for a dispute for the money to be paid back to me and they told me that it will take 7 to 14 working days for someone to contact me regarding the dispute, do they have so many disputes that it takes them so long to contact you? I will never refer Vodacom to anyone after having this much trouble. I want this resolved IMMEDIATELY.
