Expected more from vodacom, but not surprised!
Misrepresent sales and completely reluctant to help when trying to cancel new contracts per the agreed terms! Then proceed to list my account as outstanding! But its not even active! How can a cancelled contract be outstanding!? Sad that we don't have a decent mobile service provider in SA! My municipal account have better administration than vodacom!
