Exorbitant bill.

I unfortunately have a Vodacom account. They must be the most incapable, *********** and disorganised cell phone service on the planet.

In November last year I got a large bill. After numerous phone call to them to sort this out, and actually seem to have gone backward, I ended up having to travel to the head office to sort out the problem. Some company had been signing me on to their different facilities without my consent, and billing Vodacom for them to bill me . When I first enquired about the *******ity of this , I was told it had nothing to do with them. They must be part of this as they are accepting the billing and passing it on. Deniability seems to be their trademark. The consultant I spent one hour and managed to sort the problem out and clear my account after investigation.

No sooner was this done. And I got cut off again for the same reason BUT NOW IT WAS DOUBLE THE AMOUNT. Once again numerous telephone calls with no result. Once again a 50 klm trip to see the same consultant, who once again cleared the account after investigation. Ref no1- ********** ********** .

I have now been cut off for the third time , and been informed that my account is now 3 times the original R1000. I phoned the number given ********** and spoke to a gentleman named Raven, who looked into the system for me. Apparently there is a ref no - ********** to say they are investigating once again.

Don’t these departments correspond with each other , or are they incapable of doing their jobs, more than likely they don’t care.

I AM SICK AND TIRED OF VODACOM’S INCOMPETENCY AND TOTAL DISREGARD FOR THEIR SUBSCRIBERS .

Every time they cut me off affects my work I do to subsidise my retirement, and I end up losing money. Are they prepared to pay for my irritation and losses or has this got nothing to do with them????

What are the ramifications of cancelling my contract. Do I have that right? What if they black list me due to their incompetence. Suing them will be a waste of time as I am a pensioner and don’t have the money. They seem to be able to operate at their own discretion irrespective of results.
