Exessive Billing and no Detailed infomation

Vodacom advised that I have a Bill of R10518 excluding VAT for Data Usage on my company SIM card(LAPTOP SIMCARD), we Requested for Itemized billing and it was provided for, and on the Bill date of 22 Feb 2015 shows that Data of ***Bytes total to the amount of 9976.63 access point of vlive,i requested the detailed information of what happened and they advised that we should open a police case however its not guaranteed that we will get the information, and we wont get the print out since this is protected by privacy policy that they have. <br> Company and Myself are requesting the information therefore we should get the information. if I cannot be able to get this information its difficult for me to prove to the company what happened that day.
