Executive Client Liaison Chief Executive Office. Mandate from the CEO to deliver service.....???????????

My Samsung S6 started acting up. Menu buttons stayed on and randomly changes screens.

Took the phone in 3 Times. Everytime - either sorted or no problem.

Job Numbers

June ********** 2 Sandton Vodacom Repairs

Jul ********** 0 Sandton Vodacom repairs

Aug ********** 5 Midrand – Vodacom Head office repairs

Last repair was done after interaction with Riael Salomon. Got off to a bad start, but his service improved dramatically. Then phone crashed again. This time contacted by Edlin Naidoo. Told me the phone has to be accessed. AGAIN. I was under the impression, if the phone can't be fixed after the 3rd attempt, it get's replaced. Well with her incompetency and arrogance, she collected the phone. I also made contact with Samsung as the phone was until today still under samsung warrenty. The advised me to have vodacom sent to them. This I informed Edlin. Even gave her the reference number. Today I get an email back. Phone repaired. Not sent to samsung. I can send it.

email clips:

Dear Stanley,

As per the below complaint we confirm the following:

· We confirm that the phone has been repaired.

· The phone will be couriered to you and the loan unit can be sent back at the same time.

· Attached is the quality report confirming that the phone has passed all quality tests

· We did not send the device to Samsung, should you wish to have the device to be repaired by Samsung you would have to send it directly to them

We trust the above is in order

Hi Edlin

Now you tell me you can’t view the clip. Your sense of urgently is appalling! The clip is in a normal mpg format. What format would you like it in?

Secondly, is my PHONE at Samsung? It has been arranged with Samsung, they have been waiting for the phone since Friday. And I have given you the reference number from Samsung as well. This was discussed telephonically as well.

Are you sure you are an Executive Client Liaison (Chief Executive Office). One major title with little meaning.

If my phone has gone BACK to Vodacom Repair Centre, believe me, I’m at your offices within the hour and someone in the CEO will see me today. This come to an end today! 6 Months and we haven’t moved one step forward.

Dear Stanley ,

We unable to view your clip that you have sent in

Dear Stanley,

Thank you for the feedback. Riael is currently out of the office. He is due back on Friday. We will discuss the matter with him and thereafter revert with feedback.

Hi Edlin

What does assessed mean?

Secondly, Will a replacement phone be delivery with the collection of this one, or will the new replacement one be delivered.

I would suggest you speaking to Riael Solomon first if you are the next “executive client Liaison” working with this.

If you actually think that this phone is going into repairs for a four time – Vodacom has got another thing coming.

I dealt with Riael before, he knows that story.

Now, been with Vodacom for 2 decades. Numerous contracts. Would the right approach not have been. I am sending you a new phone - I do apologies for the inconvienced caused.

O and FYI - From the mouth of Edlin - The CEO office of complaints is the highest a matter can be escalated. Shameel Joosub doesn't speak to clients. They have a mandate. When asking well who do they report to.... Mumsie Coetzee, but not available. Angela Rajcoomar is standing in for her, but also not available. Can phone back after an hour. Edlin does not know the meaning of assisting a customer, never mind speaking to them or even dealing with an issue. This would have been so simple. Replace my phone it has been in 3 times. Now it is being sent back a fourth time from Vodacom. Samsung who actually asked for the phone to be sent to them while it was still under warrenty was ignored, and unfortunately did not have an opportunity to resolve this issue. I even gave Edlin the samsung reference number.... ********** . Been inconvienced by having to reload all my work 4 times on a loan phone. and then just to experience the problem again. Well I'm waiting for my phone. Would be interesting to see how long it lasts...
