This is one of many prolonged and highly traumatic experiences I am having with Vodacom and in particularly with the Executive Client Liaison Officer in the CEO's office, Ms Monaise. I have also pleaded with her line manager (during 2014) and her colleagues including a Mr Rudzani all of whom abdicate responsibility for resolving a matter - i.e. to fulfill the last step of a complicated solution which Ms Monaise delivered. Vodacom had breached a SA business law and refused to rectify it. I incurred costs as a result. I complained to the CEO's office and Ms. Monaise responded, went to great lengths to provide a solution and undertook to provide a credit for the costs incurred - amounting to around R5000 max. Unfortunately, she just ignored passing the credit and continues to do so. Since February '14 I have been unable to solve this riddle despite innumerable calls, emails, attempts at escalation - all to absolutely ZERO effect. Not even a response saying the credit is NOT due to me. Nothing. When I call Vodacom the switchboard operator asks for my name before transferring the call and unless I use an alias my call will not be answered. Really sad for a corporate citizen of your size
