Excuses, excuses, excuses!!!! VODACOM!!!

I would like to thank Vodacom for all the excuses I have heard over the past 15 years or more. The Bay Station that I was told was going to be built and will take approximately 5 years, has still not been built and now the excuse is "It is with the Competitions Board" I ask you with tears in my eyes. I have heard all the stories. Why can't you just come out and tell me the truth!!!!!! I am surprised that you are still NO: 1 in South Africa, this amazes me!!!!! What can a person do to get the service that we are paying for????
