Vodacom, you have a terrible insurance provider. Cellsure is by far the worst insurance provider. They give Vodacom a bad name! We insured a phone device through Cellsure at the high price of R129.00 pm. When we wanted to claim, we were told that the sim in the phone was not the same as the number on the contract. We just used another contracted number! So the claim for the broken screen was turned down. Although the screen was broken we continued to use the phone with the contracted number for the next three months. Thereafter the screen went black and we were unable to use the phone anymore. We then sent in a claim for the phone to be repaired and were turned down again! This is disgusting and you should be ashamed of yourselves! Never ever insure with Cellsure! They are a bunch of sharks and look for every excuse not to pay out!
