Exchange my broken phone
Got a new Sony Xperia. Broke after 2 weeks. Bring it to Vodashop they send it off for repairs. Finally get sms, come and collect, low and behold phone STILL doesnt start up. So repair centre did nothing, DID NOT EVEN TURN THE PHONE ON!!!. REPLACE THIS PHONE NOW. THIS IS SHOCKING. Tomorrow i get a new tracking number and get to wait another week.Fantastic. Give me a working new phone and some damn proper feedback on what caused this.
