Excessive microwave radiation levels

I have complained to Vodacom for several weeks now about the excessive microwave radiation levels from their nearby cell tower and they keep sending responses like "we're investigating" or "we asked our network team to look into it" and the like but nobody does anything. Nobody cares that the overpowered network is hurting people. People in our suburb are suffering at the hands of South Africa's telecoms.
