EXCESSIVE DATE CHARGES

I have a Red Advantage Package - I chose this specifically due to the fact that I need to be mobile and have my email at hand at all times. The Red Package I chose apparently gives 1 Gig, 1000 minutes and Unlimited SMS's - at R 999.00 per month.. I have been charged for out of bundle rates when looking at the breakdown I have over 3.38 GIGS Free ??? - Over 1809 minutes ??? - So PLEASE explain why my account is excessive every month ????? We pay the highest cell phone data charge in the WORLD ?!? - Even buying more data packages I still get charged... on speaking to anybody at Vodacom the level of stupidity is insane.. they are told like sheep to read a form upon customer requests.. and what is the first line ? - Eh you must pay.
