Excessive Data Usage Query Inconsistent

I recieved an sms notifying me of excessive data usage on my data bundle.<br> I have receieved 2 confilcting EDR reports and since then vodacom have charged me for this ********** amount.<br> I have sent numerous emails requesting clarity on the reports which i have not had any response.<br> I have also called the call centre on numerous occassions which i have been promised a team leader would get back to me... still waiting!!!!
