Excessive Data Usage - ITS NOT POSSIBLE!!!!!!!!! R10 000 per month!!!!!!

I have a company phone, i have been billed to an amount up to R26 000.00 for data usage, today 20.08.2019 i received a bill for March 2019 Amount of R1000.00 My company deducted R2500.00 a month for these bill. Now i ask you...How is it F@$@#@ possible to use R10 000.00 data a month???? I have been to vodacom, checked my setting on phone, lady said she doesnt understand how its using data, i requested a Data Report but still havent received any feedback or a Credit Note from Vodacom. This is alot of money and its not fair.

I am very frustrated and need this to be sorted asap. My work needs to deduct this money once again and i am fed up
