Excessive Data usage charges
In December 2015, I was charged R1385.80 on my bill for so called data usage of 5-6 GB above my normal usage as per my contract. I have been trying to get detail about this excessive usage from their Customer Care centre since the 1st of December 2015 until the 7th of January 2016 but without anybody coming back to me.
