Excessive Data By Secure Encrypted Login

"I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with Vodacom's excessive usage and disappearance of my data. Despite my careful monitoring, I have noticed a significant and unexplained depletion of my data balance, which I believe is due to the unauthorized activities of Secure Encrypted Login and Peer to Peer applications. On the 01 June i need used any torrent but my data gone by Bittorent Sharing Amazon Cloud, never used Amazon n i dont have Amazon Cloud

These applications seem to be consuming large amounts of data in the background, without my knowledge or consent. I have tried to manage my data usage and limit my online activities, but the problem persists. I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of control I have over my data and the apparent lack of security measures in place to prevent such excessive usage.

I urge Vodacom to investigate this matter and take immediate action to address the issue. I request a thorough explanation for the excessive data usage, as well as compensation for the lost data and any additional charges incurred as a result. I also expect Vodacom to take steps to prevent such incidents in the future and ensure that customers have full control over their data usage."
